Responsibilities
• Manage complex engagement related projects end to end, including scope definition, work planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting within the integrated Pb4P plan.
• Support integrated implementation planning by aligning physician engagement activities with product, change management, communications, and deployment timelines.
• Monitor and report on engagement milestones, risks, and emerging issues, escalating as needed through Pb4P governance structures.
• Work closely with Change Management and Customer Experience teams to ensure engagement activities support readiness, adoption, and sustained utilization of Pb4P tools.
• Translate clinician feedback into actionable insights to inform product enhancements, workflow design, and support materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pb4P engagement approaches based on lessons learned and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., regions, delivery partners, clinical associations) to align messaging, engagement approaches, and expectations.
• Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan.
• Proactively identifies potential risk events and issues before they occur so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed.
• Articulates and prioritizes issues and risks at senior executive levels and recommends mitigation strategies for decision makers.
• Provides, project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior executive levels.
• Uses appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change and capitalize on forces in support of change during all stages of projects – concept, definition, planning, implementation and close-out.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
· 8+ Strong project management experience in a healthcare setting
· 8+ Strong understanding of primary care and referral systems across Ontario
· 8+Strong relationship building and communication skills
Desired Skills:
• Experience managing executive and clinical teams
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope
• Demonstrated experience directing project teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to standards
• Extensive experience coordinating and monitoring project processes, and developing/communicating guidelines and procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of Project Management’s Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Ability to identify conflict between project and functional areas and develops responses to successfully address conflict
• Ability to handle client relationships to manage expectations, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas
Required Skills:
