Responsibilities
- Integration Leadership: Lead the technical and operational integration of clinical sites, managing the full onboarding lifecycle from requirement gathering to "Warranty" support.
- Workflow & Change Management: Conduct detailed workflow analysis and redesign to ensure new systems integrate smoothly into existing clinical business processes.
- Project Governance: Create and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans. Proactively identify risks and conflicts between technical and functional areas to develop mitigation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal service teams (Identity Management, Service Desks, and Product teams) to ensure site readiness.
- Go-Live Execution: Ensure technical, configuration, and workflow "Go-Live" readiness. Provide onsite troubleshooting and 72-hour intensive support during the transition to operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clinical sites, managing expectations and facilitating end-user training and material distribution.
- Reporting & Documentation: Develop status reports and track deployment metrics in centralized repositories to ensure transparency for all decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Clinical Project Management: 7 to 10 years of experience managing electronic information projects, specifically the deployment of clinical software systems.
- Workflow Expertise: 7 to 10 years of demonstrated knowledge regarding clinical workflows, admissions, and lab information business processes.
- Methodology Mastery: Deep understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles and professional certification (PMP).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Project, MS Teams, and large-scale information repositories.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of privacy policies, legislative processes (FIPPA/PHIPA), and data custodian requirements.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution, stress tolerance, and the ability to influence stakeholders in highly political environments.
