Responsibilities
AI Rollout Delivery: Lead the technical planning and execution for M365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot, including licensing activation, technical onboarding, and training coordination.
Copilot Studio Governance: Plan and coordinate the development of AI agents, managing environment setup, release sequencing (Dev/Test/Prod), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Compliance & Security Gates: Drive the completion of critical assessments (TRA, PIA, SAR, IAM) and ensure delivery sequencing reflects required risk treatment and governance gates.
Technical Readiness: Oversee M365 prerequisites, including Microsoft Graph permissions, sensitivity labels, security trimming, and identity/access patterns.
Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical topics (identity, governance, privacy) into clear guidance for senior executives and end-users.
Adoption & Reporting: Develop measurement mechanisms to track adoption, manage escalations through structured options, and produce concise delivery dashboards.
Prototyping: Build or co-build basic Copilot Studio agent prototypes to validate patterns, connectors, and operational readiness.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years delivering complex technology rollouts or digital enablement initiatives within large enterprise environments.
Technical Fluency: Deep, hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Microsoft Chat, and Copilot Studio (this is not a generalist PM role).
SaaS Implementation: Proven track record in enterprise SaaS rollouts involving licensing, onboarding, and adoption measurement.
Governance & Risk: Extensive experience coordinating delivery gates across security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders (TRA/PIA/Purview).
Power Platform: Strong knowledge of Power Platform admin center, environment management, and agentic AI governance.
Education: Post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Standards: Knowledge of AODA regulations and Information Management principles.
