Responsibilities
- Lead I&IT infrastructure initiatives, including system enhancements, lifecycle management, and IT operations for business applications.
- Direct resources and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of new or replacement infrastructure that serves the public interest and meets internal standards.
- Create and manage change requests, present updates to Change Advisory Boards (CABs), and lead the assessment, mitigation, and communication of project risks.
- Define and maintain comprehensive implementation plans, anticipating bottlenecks and escalating issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Partner with various technology vendors and service providers to deliver agreed-upon outcomes and ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and deliver high-level presentations and reports defining project plans, issues, status, and resolutions for senior management.
- Review and evaluate studies, design proposals, and specifications to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing I&IT infrastructure projects, technology enhancements, and infrastructure planning.
- Proven track record in I&IT lifecycle management, prioritization, and risk management in technology-heavy environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing both IT infrastructure and software applications.
- Extensive experience leading reviews and approvals at Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an asset.
- Familiarity with technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, or HPE is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and Service Now; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent ability to deliver complex technical updates to diverse levels of management.
