Responsibilities
- Project & Resource Leadership: Manage internal project teams, task assignments, and priorities. Oversee team deliverables, project financials, and the day-to-day operations of the Identity Management application portfolio.
- Security Project Oversight: Lead security-focused projects involving PKI, HSM, and SSL certificate components, ensuring robust identity protection for the organization.
- Agile Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Lead by scheduling and facilitating all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including requirements management, contract negotiations, onboarding, and monitoring SLA adherence for multi-year contracts.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve project risks and issues. Maintain detailed risk registers and escalate critical blockers to senior management.
- Executive Communication: Prepare technical strategy documents, options analyses, and briefings for C-level executives and steering committees to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations across diverse stakeholders regarding the ongoing upgrade of Identity Management systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in technology project management, with at least 5 years dedicated to large technology procurements.
- IAM Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing projects involving Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and SSL certificates.
- Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience using the Agile/Scrum framework. A Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) designation is highly preferred.
- Procurement Knowledge: Proven track record in vendor management and procurement practices, ideally within a client setting.
- Portfolio Management: Experience managing application portfolios and complex project schedules with a focus on Identity Management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear options for executive audiences.
