We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter III (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner) to manage the full recruitment life cycle, with a primary focus on sourcing and securing talent for entry-to-mid-level roles within our Canadian Business Banking portfolio in Western Canada. The ideal candidate is an autonomous, critical thinker who can leverage their expertise to build proactive talent strategies and significantly contribute to a business-critical pilot program. This role requires strong consultative skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to thrive in a large, complex corporate environment.
Preferred Location: Candidates based in Vancouver or Calgary are ideal, but open to strong candidates across BC, AB, SK, and MB.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours (37.5 hours per week).
Work Arrangement: Remote (must be able to work in the PST time zone).

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process for assigned roles, primarily focused on junior-to-mid-level positions (e.g., Associate roles, Account Managers, Credit Analysts).
Talent Strategy & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using market data and acute business knowledge to inform talent decisions, proactively address talent market gaps, and continuously upgrade talent.
Pipeline Development: Lead the development and execution of an innovative, sustainable, and proactive recruitment model for critical hiring needs in Western Canada, leveraging internal technology and tools.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners, providing consultation and guidance on optimal sourcing strategies and recruitment standards.
Process Improvement: Utilize and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., pivot tables) and leverage reporting to inform strategies and drive activities, while maintaining a focus on creating a legendary Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience (flexibility based on capability and impact).
Environment: Experience operating in a proactive, in-house recruiting environment within a large, complex corporation (e.g., large financial institution, telecom, major insurer).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic Excel functions (creating pivot tables, simple formulas).
Soft Skills: Demonstrated strength in critical thinking, autonomy, advisory, and consultative skills, with the judgment to advise the business confidently.
Nice-to-Have / Strong Advantage:
Prior agency recruitment experience (bringing pace, creativity, and hustle) is a significant asset.
Experience with Workday Recruit (ATS).
Advanced technical skills (e.g., Power BI, Power Suite, VBA).
Experience recruiting for commercial or business banking, or other revenue-generating roles.
Experience advising VPs and executive-level stakeholders on hiring processes.
