Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring process from the initial intake meeting to the final offer and onboarding preparation.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with departments to define requirements, outline what successful profiles look like and create a recruitment plan.
Pipeline Development: Proactively source and network to build a steady pool of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
Process Improvement: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to identify challenges and and make recommendations to improve the hiring process.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct deep evaluations of candidate capabilities and cultural alignment, in preparation for meeting with hiring managers.
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across multiple business functions.
Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and guide executive-level decision-making.
Demonstrated success managing high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a self-directed, results-oriented approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills used to influence outcomes and provide clear candidate feedback.
