Responsibilities
The Senior Salesforce Development Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise systems.
- Developing and maintaining systems that comply with all relevant access and privacy legislation.
- Implementing both custom-developed and packaged systems and their associated changes.
- Testing integrated systems to ensure compatibility and proper functional integration.
- Streamlining processes, adding automation, and enhancing features within the application to improve user experience.
- Addressing issues related to duplicate listings and misuse of registration numbers.
- Building automation into the verification process to improve compliance management.
- Resolving issues with legitimate operators being de-listed in error.
- Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in large project and program management, preferably within government or large private sector organizations.
- Extensive experience (over 5 years) in project management for cyber projects.
- Proficiency with various project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and iterative methods.
- Strong knowledge of IT and cybersecurity, including current threats, trends, and technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Active status as a Salesforce Platform Developer or Platform App Builder.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi, Kafka, or RapidMQ.
- 5+ years of experience using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
- 5+ years of experience in building Salesforce native/hybrid mobile apps and integrating them with Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, especially during peak workloads.
- Strong process management and risk control skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven critical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
