Responsibilities
Design, configure, code, test, implement, and maintain enterprise Salesforce CRM applications supporting end-to-end case management and inspection workflows.

Build and extend capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
Develop and optimize mobile field applications, allowing field inspectors to conduct on-site data entry, capture real-time information, and operate offline.
Design and implement data integrations connecting Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and data streaming tooling.
Perform data migration, transformation, and validation routines to guarantee data integrity across system releases.
Enable automated generation of letters, correspondence, and operational documentation to streamline stakeholder communications.
Configure data provisioning interfaces to publish public reporting metrics to external platforms.
Execute system integration testing, performance verification, and defect resolution to ensure overall platform compatibility and security compliance.
Provide technical coaching, documentation, and knowledge transfer to operational staff and project team members.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Salesforce Requirements
Mandatory Certification: Active Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Platform App Builder certification.
Salesforce Core Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Apex classes, Apex Web Services, APIs, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
Salesforce Cloud Ecosystem: 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
System & Middleware Integration: 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise platforms using integration tools (such as Apache NiFi, Kafka, RapidMQ) and standard integration patterns.
Mobile Application Development: 5+ years of experience building and deploying Salesforce native/hybrid mobile applications.
Program & Delivery Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience participating in large-scale technical projects across public or large private sector environments.
Methodologies & Tooling: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and iterative development methodologies, paired with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (such as MS Excel).
Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
