Responsibilities

•Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.

•Coordinate with other teams and contribute to Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
•Prepare teams for PI Planning, demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
•Promote effective estimation and forecasting practices.
Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery.
•Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
•Strong background guiding organizations through transformation from traditional (Waterfall) to Agile/DevOps approaches.
•Experience working with government or service delivery agencies is an asset.
•Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ALM), plus familiarity with BMC Helix and Clarity.
•Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, RSM, or SAFe SSM).
•Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to resolve team challenges.
•Written and spoken competence in English.
