Senior Service Designer - Remote

- 6 month contract that can be extended

Responsibilities
The services are required to provide senior-level expertise in discovery, stakeholder engagement, journey mapping, service design, and agile facilitation to accelerate learning and produce actionable, reusable outputs within a fixed timeframe.

Qualifications
Resource required to have 10+ years of service design experience in complex public sector environments.
Systems thinking; end-to-end service blueprinting; policy/process redesign.
Visual design & prototyping; accessibility; design system alignment.
Stakeholder collaboration and cross-ministry facilitation.
Evidence of delivering reusable assets (patterns, playbooks) that scale across services.

Preference may be given for the following:
• Experience working with Jira, Figma, and FigJam
