Dynamics 365 Customization & Engineering: Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, ribbons, menus, dashboards, and custom controls using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
Workflows, Plug-ins & Automation: Design, build, and deploy custom C# plug-ins, complex workflows, custom Organization Services, and multi-step Microsoft Power Automate flows.
Power Platform & Portal Development: Custom-build low-code and complex applications using Power Apps and Power Pages; build custom web portals using .NET Core, TypeScript, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps integrated with Dynamics 365.
API Integration & Middleware: Leverage Dynamics CRM Web APIs, OData standards, FetchXML, and XRM Toolbox to architect secure integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise back-end systems.
Reporting & Data Analytics: Construct complex Power BI reports, on-demand/scheduled dashboards, and custom Word templates on Dataverse and Dynamics 365 online repositories using SQL, OData, and ETL pipelines.
Cloud Security & Identity Controls: Implement cloud security principles, including Azure AD B2C authentication, Okta authentication, Dataverse security models, business units, teams, and role-based access management.
Agile Delivery & DevOps: Participate in Agile ceremonies, maintain task boards, manage build/deployment CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, write technical documentation, and conduct unit testing.
Qualifications
Dynamics CRM Project Leadership: 8+ years of hands-on experience developing and leading enterprise Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects (Strictly Required).
Dynamics & Web Customization: Proven experience customizing Dynamics CRM entities, forms, ribbons, menus, dashboards, plug-ins, custom workflows, and using C#, JavaScript, and HTML (Strictly Required).
Power Platform Expertise: Expert-level capability in customizing and developing Power Apps, Power Pages, and complex Microsoft Power Automate flows (Strictly Required).
