As a senior front-end developer, you will bridge the gap between interactive user experience design, reactive state management, back-end Java enterprise services, and relational database systems. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead the implementation of enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, RxJS, JavaScript, and Java back-end frameworks. This position is tailored for a technical software authority who can translate detailed system specifications into performant code, optimize cross-browser compatibility, integrate RESTful web services, and ensure digital solutions adhere to strict accessibility standards.

Design, manage, and query Oracle database objects, including writing complex SQL statements, stored procedures, and triggers.
Execute front-end performance tuning, cross-browser compatibility verification, page load optimization, and unit testing.
Ensure all front-end interface components comply with WCAG 2.0 AA and AODA accessibility requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical software defects, runtime errors, and performance bottlenecks across application layers.
Utilize source control, release branches, and build tools using Bitbucket, Maven, and Node/NPM ecosystems.
Conduct code reviews, design walkthroughs, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain code quality standards.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Front-End Requirements
JavaScript & Front-End Mastery: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
React & TypeScript Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience using React and TypeScript for enterprise web development.
Reactive Programming: Minimum 5+ years of experience working with RxJS for reactive state and stream management.
Java Enterprise Tenure: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience using Java, with demonstrated expertise in IDEs (Eclipse, IBM RAD/RSA) and WebSphere.
Oracle Database Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience working with Oracle databases (11g or higher), including writing complex SQL queries and database objects.
Accessibility Compliance: Proven experience developing web applications compliant with AODA and WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
Preferred Technical Assets
