Responsibilities
- Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications by writing clean, performant frontend and backend code.
- Evaluate technical specifications and solution designs, making architectural recommendations to product management.
- Partner closely with designers to implement functional and highly styled user interfaces using modern CSS processors and JavaScript frameworks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex functional and performance issues, implementing both corrective and preventive fixes.
- Develop and maintain event-driven systems and microservices using cloud-native functions and message bus services.
- Work with operations teams to ensure the stability and support of developed applications across all environments.
- Maintain comprehensive code documentation and ensure all solutions follow security and accessibility best practices.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of professional experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Proven track record in both front-end (UI) and server-side (API & Database) development.
- 5–8+ years of experience developing within Microsoft Azure, specifically with Azure Functions and Service Bus.
- 5–8+ years of experience working within an Agile team utilizing Azure DevOps for the full SDLC.
- Expert knowledge of HTTP, REST/JSON, OAuth 2.0, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS).
- Solid understanding of accessibility regulations, web content accessibility guidelines, and general security best practices.
- Familiarity with source version control (Git/TFVC) and exposure to industry-standard data exchange protocols.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
