Cloud & Containerization Management: Configure, manage, and deploy containerized application components within Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes environments.
Interface & Accessibility Development: Develop responsive, user-friendly graphical interfaces with a dedicated focus on meeting digital accessibility compliance mandates.
API & Data Exchange Integration: Design and construct high-performance RESTful web services that adhere strictly to modern healthcare data exchange protocols and reference frameworks.
Database & Storage Optimization: Create, optimize, and maintain complex relational and document-oriented schemas using modern database systems.
Agile Framework Collaboration: Participate actively in project focus groups, joint application design (JAD) sessions, daily scrums, and technical alignment meetings with infrastructure providers.
Critical Production Support: Provide ongoing technical investigations, environment troubleshooting, and software corrections for production-tier application systems.
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify, trace, and communicate systemic code issues, infrastructure requirements, and project risks to delivery management before they impact deployment schedules.
Protocol & Lifecycle Assurance: Review network, software, and hardware communication requirements to ensure all integration pieces conform to established technical templates and protocols.

Core Technical & Full-Stack Requirements
Multi-Engine Programming Fluency: Deep, hands-on software development experience writing code across a diverse technology stack including Java, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js.
Advanced Framework Expertise: Proven capability building microservices and web apps using Spring Framework, Quarkus, Angular 9+, and Angular Material.
Cloud Infrastructure Depth: Practical experience configuring and deploying applications inside cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or related alternatives (OpenShift, Docker, AWS).
