Responsibilities
- Translate technical system specifications into working, high-performance CRM applications.
- Write and generate code, compile data-driven programs, and conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure stability.
- Resolve complex technical problems arising during software operation, providing expert assistance in conversions and migrations.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the SDLC to design, code, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.
- Create and configure APIs and manage batch file processing to ensure seamless data flow.
- Elicit and document requirements from diverse business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Provide ongoing technical support and resolve any issues following product deployment.
- Develop user and system documentation, as well as training materials and curriculums for end-users.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 (D365), including high-availability solution design and enterprise architecture standards.
- Proficient in C#, .NET Framework (all supported versions), ASP.NET, SQL, and XML.
- Proven experience with MS WebServices, MS SQL Server, and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with API creation/configuration, batch file processing, and middleware/gateways.
- Familiarity with custom-coded portals, legacy platforms, and IAM technologies (e.g., OKTA).
- Strong background in structured development methodologies and Rapid Application Development (RAD).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical partners.
