Responsibilities
- Translate technical systems specifications into tested, working applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, compiling data-driven programs, and conducting unit tests.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance for implementation, conversion, and migrations.
- Collaborate effectively with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using structured methodologies.
- Conduct impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any technical issues.
- Develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
- Work under pressure and with aggressive timelines, adapting to change as needed.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
- Over 5 years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- Over 5 years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
- Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, and Unix shell scripts.
- Proven business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules of Oracle E-Business.
- Extensive experience in application design, the latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Grants Management is considered a strong asset.
