Responsibilities
- Review business requirements with stakeholders and seek clarifications.
- Design solutions and conduct design walkthroughs with in-house developers.
- Build and unit test approved solutions in lower environments.
- Support stakeholders during the validation and testing phases.
- Document solutions and provide promotion instructions.
- Ensure full knowledge transfer to the team before the end of the engagement.
- Consult and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on design and build decisions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience in Remedy ARS Development.
- A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience with backend data and features of BMC ITSM v9+.
- A minimum of 8+ years of strong experience in code review and unit testing.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience designing and building custom data-driven solutions.
- A minimum of 2+ years of familiarity with SQL.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience with report development using Smart Reporting and SSRS.
- Experience with Remedy integration options, including Web Services (4+ years).
- A team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of privacy policies and security principles.
