As a Senior Software Developer, you will bridge the gap between complex web interfaces, specialized administrative consoles, core .NET microservices, and relational database systems. Develop modern web interfaces and enterprise microservices using C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, Entity Framework, and Razor syntax.
Perform complex relational database programming in SQL Server, authoring optimized queries, views, stored procedures, and data models.
Implement e-learning standards and document generation components utilizing SCORM standards and iText PDF libraries.
Develop responsive user interfaces compliant with modern web standards (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Telerik UI, jQuery).
Manage code repositories, work items, and build pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern Visual Studio environments.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical software defects, system performance bottlenecks, and database conversion issues.
Conduct code walkthroughs and unit testing to ensure adherence to clean code practices, loose coupling, and accessibility standards.
Author detailed technical documentation, programming specifications, and system support runbooks.

Core Technical & Software Development Requirements
Specialized Platform Tenure: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience working within the GeoTalent development environment (TP Macro Language, Sax Basic, and TP environment) to build web and administrative console features.
.NET Engineering Mastery: Minimum 8+ years (10+ years preferred) of hands-on .NET development experience, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, and Entity Framework.
Database Programming & Modeling: Extensive hands-on experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and advanced SQL programming (stored procedures, views, complex queries).
Enterprise Architecture: Proven track record designing and delivering n-tier enterprise applications incorporating loosely coupled components and RAD methodologies.
Web & UI Frameworks: Proficient with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery, Razor syntax, and Blazor UI components.
