Responsibilities

IAM & Security Engineering: Design, develop, and troubleshoot Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID or Oracle IAM tools, including custom reusable authorization layer services.
Oracle E-Business & Database Optimization: Perform impact assessments and customizations for Oracle E-Business modules (GL, AR, AP, Collections, Inventory); write advanced PL/SQL scripts, manage ETL processes, tune complex SQL queries, and optimize partitioned tables.
DevOps & Pipeline Automation: Manage source control branching and merging strategies while setting up continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent build tools.
Cloud & Infrastructure Administration: Build, monitor, and deploy applications in Microsoft Azure; configure and administer Windows/Linux operating systems, TCP/IP networking, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights).
Reporting & Data Analytics: Develop business intelligence reports and data visualizations using Power BI, Crystal Reports, and data warehousing methodologies.
Quality Assurance & Governance: Lead technical code reviews, establish coding standards, ensure web accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), author build books/programming specifications, and resolve complex application issues.
Qualifications
Application Development Seniority: Proven experience translating technical specifications into secure, tested multi-tier applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, AngularJS, WCF, Web API, and Entity Framework (Strictly Required).
Identity & Access Management (IAM): Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and debugging IAM solutions utilizing Microsoft Entra ID or Oracle IAM tools, including custom authorization services (Strictly Required).
Oracle Database & PL/SQL Expertise: Strong programming and database tuning experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripting, and data warehouse/ETL architectures (Strictly Required).
DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Proven experience managing source control systems (branching/merging) and setting up automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools (Strictly Required).
