Translate technical system specifications into working, scalable, tested, and maintainable enterprise software applications.
Perform senior-level technical design, configuration, scripting, workflows, business services, and integrations within Oracle Siebel CRM environments (including IP18 or later).
Design, build, and test enterprise-grade integrations connecting Siebel CRM with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), J2EE web services, and external platforms using Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).
Configure and customize user interfaces using Siebel Open UI architecture, including Presentation Models (PM), Physical Renderers (PR), Manifest Files, Siebel Web Templates, and Open UI-specific classes and methods.
Develop custom web UI components and responsive styling using HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
Build, optimize, and test enterprise reports and data visualizations utilizing OBIEE and Power BI.
Configure and administer Siebel business layer objects, including Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Applets, Views, and Screens.
Execute unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and provide support for defect resolution, conversions, and migrations.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems arising during application development, integration, deployment, and operational sustainment.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA leads across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Qualifications
Senior Siebel CRM Experience: 10+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, design, development, and integration (Strictly Required).
Siebel & AEM / J2EE Integration: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations between Siebel CRM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and J2EE applications (Strictly Required).
Siebel EAI & EIM: 5+ years of direct experience utilizing Siebel EAI (web services, integration objects) and Siebel EIM for large-scale data and system integrations (Strictly Required).
Siebel IP18+ & Tools: 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 or newer releases, with deep proficiency in Siebel Tools, Siebel Business Layer objects, and Siebel Web Templates (Strictly Required).
Siebel Open UI Architecture: Strong hands-on development experience with Siebel Open UI architecture, specifically Physical Renderers (PR), Presentation Models (PM), Manifest files, and Open UI methods (Strictly Required).
Web & Scripting Technologies: Proven hands-on proficiency in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript (Strictly Required).
