Responsibilities
Design hosting and integration solutions for large-scale CRM platforms aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop CRM system design specifications and architecture.
Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of CRM systems and related interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs and project deliverables.
Evaluate existing systems to determine technical performance, capacity, and scalability improvements.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution cost modeling and feasibility assessments.
Contribute to the planning, migration, and sustainment of enterprise CRM environments.
Apply a deep understanding of technology trends to recommend solutions for current and future requirements.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems.
• At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, or other COTS systems.
• Must have hands-on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5 and source code management tools like Subversion or CVS.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Core Skills and Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems.

• Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.
• Working knowledge in analyzing and designing changes to existing web-based software solutions
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Agile development
