Responsibilities
The Solutions Designer - CRM will be responsible for:
- Undertaking the design of hosting technology solutions based on client specifications, standards, and best practices. Providing advice on short/long term CRM solution service development activities.
- Developing Business Design Documents, Functional and Non-functional Requirements, and Functional Design Documents. Developing high level application flows to support business needs.
- Creating detailed process flows and developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process. Creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ensuring solutions and designs adhere to user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA) standards. Conducting user research and usability testing, developing user personas, and applying industry best practices.
- Developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules, and creating/updating business architecture artifacts.
- Applying knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, database technologies, and communication protocols to define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
- Demonstrating experience with creating a quality assurance plan and writing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Developing and presenting new ideas, conceptualizing new approaches and solutions, and communicating effectively with clients to bridge business requirements to the technical team.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
- Experience with developing Business Design Documents, Functional & Non-functional requirements.
- Experience with developing high level application flows and Functional Design Documents.
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, and the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
- Experience with solutions and designs incorporating user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Desired Skills (Assets):
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies and rational unified process (RUP).
