Responsibilities
The Senior Solutions Designer - CRM will be responsible for:
- Solution Architecture & Design: Undertaking the design of technology solutions aligned with client specifications, standards, and best practices. Providing advice on short and long-term CRM solution service development activities.
- Requirements & Documentation: Developing Business Design Documents, Functional & Non-functional Requirements, and Functional Design Documents. Demonstrating expertise in creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
- User Experience (UX) & Accessibility: Designing solutions that integrate user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA) principles. This includes:
- Conducting user research and usability testing.
- Developing user personas and user journey maps.
- Implementation & Quality: Providing expertise in Siebel Solution implementation and Adobe AEM Solution implementation. Demonstrating experience with creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
- Process Modeling: Creating detailed process flows, applying experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP), and developing application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix.
- Innovation & Communication: Developing and presenting new ideas and conceptualizing new approaches and solutions. Clearly communicating with clients to bridge business requirements to the technical team.
- Risk & Analysis: Demonstrating experience in developing use cases, identifying and documenting business rules, and identifying risk and providing solutions.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions and implementation with Oracle Siebel CRM.
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions and implementation with Adobe AEM technologies.
- Experience with developing Business Design Documents, Functional & Non-functional Requirements.
- Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
- Experience with solutions and designs incorporating user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Nice-to-Have (Assets):
- Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
- Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained.
- Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies and rational unified process (RUP).
