As a principal solutions designer, you will evaluate existing system landscapes, map out target-state architectures, and deliver scalable enterprise designs using Salesforce features. Operating within a cross-functional environment, you will translate intricate operational requirements into robust front-end and back-end technical blueprints, ensuring seamless system integrations, top-tier security compliance, and exceptional platform performance.

Qualifications
Core Technical & Platform Requirements
Professional Tenure: 10+ years of hands-on experience working in large-scale project and/or program environments within government jurisdictions and/or large private sector organizations.
Salesforce Ecosystem Mastery: 5+ years of deep technical experience using Salesforce technologies, including Apex classes, Visualforce, Apex web services, APIs, AppExchange deployments, and Flows.
LWC Design Depth: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in designing, coding, and deploying custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Multi-Cloud Expertise: 5+ years of practical experience implementing one or more core cloud modules, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, or Analytics Cloud (Tableau CRM/Einstein).
