Our client is looking for a Senior Solutions Designer for a 3-month contract based in Toronto. This role focuses on designing efficient, accessible, and user-centric applications using CRM and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities
•Design solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies
•Develop business design documents and functional/non-functional requirements
•Create functional design specifications and high-level application flows
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and design user personas/journey maps
•Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
•Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA) and quality assurance best practices
•Support the development of test strategies, UAT plans, and risk assessments
Qualifications
•7+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM implementation
•Strong experience in writing business and functional design documentation
•Hands-on expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and process mapping
•Familiarity with change management methodologies and business architecture artifacts
•Experience developing application CRUD matrices and screen flows
•Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
•Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
•Experience with grant or transfer payment models is a plus
•Understanding of corporate QA standards and practices is an asset
