Campaign Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns (Programmatic). This includes project initiation, campaign setup, technical troubleshooting, and day-to-day pacing.
KPI Definition & Optimization: Define key performance indicators aligned with business goals. Monitor campaign health, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights based on metrics and competitive landscape trends.
Stakeholder & Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business partners and external agencies. Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives to influence strategy and align stakeholders on campaign direction.
Reporting & Analytics: Conduct deep-dive performance reporting, delivering strategic recommendations to improve ROI and enhance digital program effectiveness.

Experience: 3+ years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, specifically within the Programmatic landscape.
Platform Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience or certification in at least two major platforms (DV360 is primary; Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or CM360 are highly preferred).
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs; high attention to detail with a critical thinking mindset.
Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and work effectively across diverse teams.
Adaptability: A self-starter approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital tools and market trends.
Assets: Prior experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a significant asset.
