Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated paper and digital marketing campaigns. Develop granular segmentation criteria to ensure targeted and effective correspondence delivery.
- Utilize Siebel CRM and integrated rules engines to automate business logic and trigger correspondence based on specific user data and policy changes.
- Manipulate and analyze large-scale relational and multi-dimensional data stores. Develop ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Load) functionality to process complex, high-volume data from structured and semi-structured sources.
- Create detailed technical specifications, including designs for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations. Translate project requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Develop integrated test scenarios and identify required test data. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Lead deployment activities in production environments. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues to ensure long-term system stability.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and documentation to the core team, ensuring all technical designs, demos, and development artifacts are successfully transitioned before the end of the engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience developing digital marketing campaigns and establishing complex segmentation models.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise CRM tools and rules engines (Experience with Siebel CRM is strongly preferred).
- Advanced ability to manipulate and analyze relational and multi-dimensional data.
- Strong familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) for marketing segmentation.
- Deep understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with healthcare-related data is a significant asset.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, specifically regarding high-volume data extraction and transformation.
