- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage complex IT initiatives, including software implementation, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee testing, training, change management, and production rollout.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.

- 10+ years in senior project management roles, with experience in planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
Technical Experience:
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Suite and related OpenText tools.
- Experience managing software and infrastructure projects through full SDLC.
- Knowledge of web accessibility tools and standards (AODA).
Communication Skills :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
