Our client is looking for a Senior Specialized IT Consultant for a 18 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
• CAD 9.4 enhancements development & testing.
• Create a detailed Install book for the CAD 9.4 enhancements deployment.
• Work with CAD agencies and CAD project team to deploy the OCA application
• Test Oracle 12c to 19c upgrade and provide technical support for the Oracle 19c rollout..
Qualifications
Must haves:
• 10+ years of experience in providing tier 2 and 3 support for CAD application (Dev/UAT/Training environments) and CAD Business Intelligence application.
• Extensive experience working with the Hexagon, JTS and OPTIC agencies’ IT and business resources to support the I/CAD application and the OnCall Analytics application.
• Knowledge of police dispatch process
• Knowledge of 911 integration with CAD
Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years working experience with the Hexagon’s I/CAD application.
Extensive knowledge of the OPTIC CAD business requirements, configuration and setup.
Extensive experience working with the Hexagon, JTS and OPTIC agencies’ IT and business resources to support the I/CAD application and the OnCall Analytics application.
Experience providing tier 2 & 3 support for the CAD application.
Experience troubleshooting network issues.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A team player with track record for meeting deadlines.
