Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to provide guidance on Information Management, system architecture, and the enablement of business processes through IT enhancements.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from defining software/hardware requirements and scope to deployment and post-implementation reviews.
- OpenText Implementation: Provide subject matter expertise in OpenText Content Suite Extended ECM (xECM) and related OpenText products to support document and record management solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet technical standards, security policies, and AODA Web Accessibility compliance.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Oversee IT infrastructure projects including server upgrades, network enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Cybersecurity Oversight: Manage security projects involving vulnerability remediation, security tool deployment, and alignment with established frameworks.
- Change Management: Develop processes and training programs to support user onboarding and structured change management for high adoption rates.
- Financial & Vendor Management: Monitor project expenditures, forecast resource needs, and manage vendor contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Senior PM Experience: 10+ years of experience leading full project lifecycles across application development, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Technical SME: Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Content Suite or equivalent enterprise content management technologies.
- Methodology Mastery: Deep understanding of Agile-Scrum, DevOps, SDLC, and STLC processes.
- Risk & Mitigation: Proficient in identifying technical risks and creating contingency strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders.
- Public Sector Context: Knowledge of government standards, procurement policies, and accountability frameworks is highly desirable.
