In this hands-on technical role, you will lead the post-implementation stabilization, enhancement, and optimization of a critical cloud-based case management and portal ecosystem. Operating within a modern Microsoft Cloud stack, you will design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps (MDA) and Power Pages Portals while implementing complex serverless integrations using C# plugins, Power Automate, and Azure services. Working on-site in downtown Toronto, you will collaborate with cross-functional project leads, architects, and QA specialists to remediate defects, optimize system performance, enforce accessibility compliance (AODA / WCAG 2.1), and maintain robust integration with Azure Blob Storage for attachment management.

Responsibilities
System Enhancement & Stabilization: Design, configure, and implement enhancements, custom business logic, and defect remediations for complex Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Apps and Case Management modules.
Power Pages Portal Engineering: Develop and optimize Power Pages Portals for external stakeholders, implementing self-service forms, role-based access control (RBAC), responsive design, and Dataverse integrations.
Custom C# Plugin & Integration Development: Write, test, and debug custom C# plugins (synchronous/asynchronous), custom workflow activities, and Azure Logic Apps / Function Apps for external system integrations.
Attachment Storage Architecture: Implement and manage secure Azure Blob Storage integrations for attachment management linked to Dynamics 365 records.
Architecture & Technical Design: Update and maintain business, logical, and physical architecture artifacts, functional design specifications, and deployment strategies across cloud environments.
Accessibility & Governance Compliance: Ensure all digital interfaces and portal solutions adhere strictly to AODA, WCAG 2.1, and enterprise security directives (GO-ITS).
Release & Deployment Management: Provide packaging, deployment, and ALM migration strategies across cloud environments using Azure DevOps, and conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
Qualifications
Solutions Development Depth: 8+ years of dedicated experience in technical solutions development, configuration, and customization on the Microsoft Cloud platform.
Core Microsoft Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency across MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages Portals, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Custom C# Plugin Expertise: Hands-on experience developing synchronous and asynchronous C# plugins, custom connectors, FetchXML queries, and custom workflow activities.
Azure Integration & Storage: Proven experience architecting and implementing Azure Blob Storage for attachment management, along with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Key Vault, and API Management.
