Responsibilities
• Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud data platforms and key cloud services
• Customize ServiceNow apps, modules, and workflows to meet evolving business needs
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated data infrastructure
• Oversee platform performance, upgrades, user access, and license management
• Support enterprise-wide data privacy, security compliance, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with teams to define data strategy, system reliability, and disaster recovery
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years automating tasks using tools like Azure Automation, Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub
• 5+ years designing, deploying, and monitoring Azure cloud infrastructure
• Strong experience in customizing and integrating with ServiceNow using APIs and scripting
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap for front-end development
