Responsibilities
-Directly manage all aspects of field operations, safety protocols, and quality assurance, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and contractual agreements
-Develop, maintain, and own the critical path master schedule using advanced planning software
-Lead all site personnel, conduct detailed daily coordination meetings, and provide continuous budget monitoring against cost types and phase codes to mitigate risk and forecast outcomes
-Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
-Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs
-Client & stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
-8+ years of field supervision experience with a large-scale general contractor, including at least five years in a dedicated Superintendent leadership role, specifically on government or large institutional projects
-Demonstrated mastery of advanced scheduling software is required
-Relevant technical diploma, Journeyman trade certification, or advanced industry accreditation (e.g., Gold Seal) is considered a significant asset
