Our client is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst for a 3 month contract in Peterborough.

Responsibilities
• Provide senior technical analysis, expertise in the coordination and execution of activities in the assessment, research, deployment and testing of remediations for identified Cyber Vulnerabilities (CVE – Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) to both application and server OS technologies.
• Deploy patches, upgrades, bug fixes, uninstalls for applications and a wide range of operating systems, middleware and database systems
• Identify and deploy innovative solutions to CVE – Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures identified via Cyber reports and technical platform teams
• Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve structure and efficiency of an organization’s I&IT systems.
• Advises on the identification, analysis, and resolution of specific security factors, risks, vulnerabilities; protection of personal privacy issues; and appropriate industry and international security standards.
• Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives ensuring efficiency
Qualifications
Must have:

Ability to evaluate recommendations and ensures all recommended solutions for improvement are congruent with the project goals and objectives Identifies short and long-term project goals/objectives, and as a senior technical expert, defines and identifies program and service delivery requirements in support of the development and/or acquisition of client applications Leads the analysis, development and documentation of design and architecture of systems solutions. Leads the development of testing, integration and implementation of systems solutions into the clients’ applications Guides the feasibility studies and cost effective analyses of proposed client I&IT initiatives, ensures all studies and analyses are documented Leads the technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of a diverse range of client applications through all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
