Responsibilities
- Systems Analysis & Design: Capture business requirements and assess technical capabilities to create business rules, update system architecture, and support scalability for emergency health systems.
- Data Science & Analytics: Perform data cleansing and analytics to develop dynamic visuals, dashboards, and custom reports using Power BI and Microsoft technologies.
- E-Learning Development: Convert training materials (Word, PowerPoint, Video) into SCORM-compliant modules using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
- LMS Management: Support the upload, testing, and piloting of SCORM files within multiple Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle.
- Service Management: Use enterprise tools like Remedy to manage encryption-related tickets, update the CMDB, and coordinate vendor appointments for technical tasks.
- Database Coordination: Create and manage data sources using SharePoint Lists and NoSQL databases, ensuring high-quality integration and auditing.
- Technical Documentation: Document application changes, enhancements, and deployment guides to facilitate knowledge transfer to other IT staff.
- Testing & Deployment: Conduct rigorous testing and integration for each developed solution, ensuring zero-defect functionality within the existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a Systems Analyst with deep knowledge of analysis and design methods.
- Data & Reporting: Proven expertise in Power BI, data cleansing, and managing SharePoint Lists or NoSQL databases.
- Training Technology: Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline and managing content within Moodle.
- IT Service Management: Familiarity with Remedy or similar ESM toolsets and IT security/encryption policies.
- Project Skills: Strong ability to provide work estimates, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work on multi-year initiatives.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of emergency health services, ambulance communications, or public safety environments is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Microsoft Technology certifications or specialized Moodle experience are considered strong assets.
