Responsibilities
- Capture business requirements and assess technical features to develop and update business rules and system architecture.

- Convert training materials (Word, PowerPoint, Video) into SCORM-compliant files using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline for deployment on LMS platforms like Moodle.
- Use enterprise tools such as Remedy to manage encryption-related tickets, update the CMDB, and coordinate vendor appointments.
- Review application patches, support scalability requirements for emergency health systems, and document all enhancements or new features.
- Create and maintain data sources using SharePoint Lists and NoSQL databases.
- Lead the testing, integration, and deployment of developed solutions, ensuring zero-defect functionality and compatibility with existing peripherals.
- Produce clear documentation for IT staff training and project planning, including realistic work estimates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with a strong background in design methods and technical solution development.
- Data Expertise: Proven experience in data analytics, database integration, and managing data sources like SharePoint Lists and NoSQL.
- Instructional Design: Demonstrated ability to create interactive e-learning content and manage SCORM/Moodle environments.
- IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of server/network technologies, hardware requirements, and IT security policies.
- Project Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies, work estimation, and change management processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to assess technology requirements and evaluate new software/hardware functionality.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience with Public Safety agencies or emergency health services is considered a significant asset.
