Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive testing of the API-driven content management architecture, validating content modeling, API endpoints (REST/GraphQL), and editorial workflows.
- Execute rigorous testing of responsive web applications, validating against the design system, ensuring cross-browser/mobile compatibility, and verifying AODA/WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
- Design and execute specialized test scenarios for cloud-native microservices, SSO/authentication workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure data exchange protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of advanced search and discovery functionality, as well as secure vendor reporting platforms, including file upload security and data validation.
- Performance Testing: Design and execute performance and load testing to ensure optimal response times, stability, and scalability under high-volume public sector usage scenarios.
- Agile Collaboration: Collaborate within Agile frameworks (JIRA/Confluence), participating in all sprint ceremonies and ensuring QA activities are integrated into CI/CD workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise-scale system testing and quality assurance for modern web platforms, API-driven architectures, or cloud-native applications.
- 5+ years' experience testing complex multi-component digital platforms, requiring comprehensive integration testing across CMS, authentication, search, and analytics.
- Deep expertise in modern web application testing methodologies, including API testing, responsive design validation, and accessibility compliance (AODA/WCAG 2.1 AA).
- 5+ years' experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams on large-scale digital transformation projects.
- 5+ years experience working in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in testing enterprise-grade identity systems, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO integration.
- Proven expertise in load testing web applications to meet public sector performance requirements.
