Responsibilities

- Automated Frameworks: Design and maintain modular, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Specialized Testing: Lead performance, stress, and load testing efforts; validate image processing and biometric integrity for secure user workflows.
- UAT Support: Coordinate with product managers and business SMEs to facilitate and execute successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- QA Seniority: 10+ years of progressive experience in QA, with a proven track record in planning and organizing testing efforts for large-scale enterprise systems.
- AI/ML Expertise: (15%) Demonstrated experience testing AI/ML applications, understanding AI explainability, transparency principles, and model behavior tracking.
- Technical Proficiencies: (30%) Hands-on experience with mobile/web testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Testing Breadth: (35%) Mastery of manual and automated testing across all layers (Unit, Integration, Performance, Load).
