Responsibilities
- Strategic Testing Leadership: Develop comprehensive Test Strategies and Test Plans for large-scale GUI and non-GUI environments.
- Functional Validation: Execute specialized testing for high-traffic registration services, including integration with address validation modules and secure payment gateways.
- Accessibility Excellence: Lead accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 (Level A & AA) using assistive technologies like JAWS and VoiceOver.
- Agile/DevOps Execution: Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), create user stories, and manage test data requirements within Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Defect Engineering: Lead defect triage meetings, perform root-cause analysis, and produce summary reports to communicate quality metrics to developers and stakeholders.
- Mobile & Web Validation: Conduct extensive manual and automated testing across different operating systems and mobile platforms to ensure a seamless cross-device user experience.
- UAT Coordination: Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, helping business teams validate that the solution meets operational needs.
Qualifications
- Specialized Experience (Mandatory): Extensive hands-on experience testing large-scale registration portals and high-volume transactional services.
- Senior QA Expertise: 10+ years of experience in manual testing (Systems, Mobile, UAT) and working within Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
- Accessibility Mastery: 10+ years of comprehensive knowledge of accessibility testing for web, mobile, PDFs, and digital documents.
- Technical Integration: Proven experience testing integrations with secure payment gateways and web content management systems.
- Analytics & Reporting: Experience using statistics tools such as Google Analytics or Crystal Reports to inform testing outcomes.
- Tooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, and defect tracking software (Azure DevOps, ALM).
