Responsibilities
- Advise on testing strategies and plans. Organize testing efforts for large GUI and non-GUI systems, including integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to define test data needs and translate requirements into detailed test cases and user stories.
- Execute accessibility testing for web and mobile using keyboard-only techniques and assistive tools (JAWS, VoiceOver). Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0+ Level A & AA.
- Perform functional, regression, and stress tests. Document and track defects using Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.
- Maintain automated scripts (Selenium, UFT, Postman) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate integration with address modules and specialized payment gateways.
- Conduct load testing to ensure scalability and validate data accuracy across databases during migration or transformation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Systems, Mobile, and UAT.
- Expert ability to analyze requirements and create complex test data strategies.
- Hands-on experience with JAWS, VoiceOver, and testing accessibility for digital documents (PDF, Word).
- Direct experience with specialized address modules and payment gateways.
- Mandatory experience with Google Analytics and Crystal Reports.
- Deep knowledge of Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and structured SDLC methodologies.
