Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on testing strategies, tool selection, and resource identification for large-scale GUI and non-GUI environments.
- Lead and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system behavior under diverse conditions.
- Conduct extensive AODA testing using keyboard-only navigation and industry-leading assistive technology (e.g., JAWS, VoiceOver) for web, mobile, and digital documents (PDF, Word).
- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to develop detailed test plans, scenarios, user stories, and complex test data requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps; lead triage meetings and collaborate with developers for rapid resolution.
- Conduct stress and load testing to ensure scalability; develop and maintain automated test scripts to be integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create database queries to select test data, validate backend integrity, and ensure accuracy across system migrations and transformations.
Qualifications
- Expert-level experience in Systems, Mobile, AODA, and UAT testing types.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and create comprehensive test data strategies.
- Extensive experience with WCAG 2.0+ (Levels A and AA), assistive technologies (JAWS/VoiceOver), and keyboard-only testing.
- Professional experience using tools such as Google Analytics and Crystal Reports to support testing efforts.
- Deep knowledge of the SDLC and STLC within Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
