We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for Technical and Engineering positions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify top talent, support strategic workforce planning, and champion an exceptional candidate experience. You'll play a key role in executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for your region or client group, all while positioning the client as an employer of choice in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct initial screening to assess both technical capabilities and cultural alignment
Utilize social media and professional platforms to strengthen Equinix’s digital talent presence
Actively network and engage passive candidates to expand the reach of our brand
Interview Coordination & Process Management:
Partner with hiring managers to align on role expectations, interview processes, and team responsibilities
Provide interview coaching and structure to ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey
Lead post-interview debriefs and guide hiring teams toward consensus and next steps
Manage the full process from kick-off to offer—ensuring seamless execution every step of the way
Consultative Hiring Support:
Advise managers on the 7-Step Hiring Process to ensure timely and quality hires
Work primarily with VP-level and below leaders to shape hiring decisions and best practices
Collaborate with HRBPs and HR Directors to assess internal talent, evaluate job levels, and align on compensation strategy
Offer Management & Onboarding:
Partner with managers and leadership to construct and extend competitive offers
Act as a candidate advocate throughout the offer stage, ensuring clarity and a positive experience
Coordinate pre-employment checks, verifications, and compliance protocols
Facilitate a smooth transition from accepted offer to onboarding in partnership with HR
Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles
5+ years experience of relevant technical recruiting
Comfortable advising hiring managers and senior leaders with a consultative approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
Current knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and best practices
