Advantages
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the technical mapping, configuration of global pay rules, and the stabilization of labor tracking systems to ensure "Our Client" functions as a single, cohesive branded entity rather than a collection of separate brands.
Qualifications
Integration & Migration Lead: Lead the technical data migration and system cutover activities for acquired firms, moving them from legacy timekeeping systems (e.g., Deltek, ADP, or manual logs) into the global UKG Pro WFM instance.
Global Pay Rule Configuration: Design and configure complex pay rules, holiday profiles, and overtime calculations that satisfy diverse labor laws across multiple international regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America).
Business Process Standardization: Partner with the "NV5 Consolidation" team to define "Gold Standard" WFM configurations, reducing custom "one-off" rules in favor of scalable, global templates.
Advanced Integration (Boomi/API): Oversee the technical health of the UKG One Stream (People Sync) and Dell Boomi integrations to ensure employee data flows accurately from the Core HRIS to the WFM module.
Hardware & Device Management: Manage the global deployment and technical configuration of UKG InTouch DX timeclocks across various project sites and offices.
Labor Analytics & Compliance: Build advanced dataviews and reports to provide leadership with visibility into labor costs, utilization, and compliance risks across the consolidated business units.
Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Support: Conduct technical "Fit-Gap" analyses during the discovery phase of new acquisitions to identify unique technical requirements before they join the consolidated platform.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
UKG WFM Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions) or Workforce Central.
Global Compliance Knowledge: Proven experience configuring WFM systems for international labor markets, including a deep understanding of varied weekend rules, shift differentials, and statutory holiday requirements.
Consolidation Experience: Prior experience in a high-growth M&A environment or a large-scale system consolidation project is highly preferred.
Technical Toolkit: * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Experience with Dell Boomi or similar middleware for HCM/WFM integrations.
Strong understanding of API-based data transfers.
Project Leadership: Ability to manage multiple "onboarding" workstreams simultaneously as different business units are brought into the consolidated environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Operations.
Summary
In this role, you aren't just maintaining a system; you are building the infrastructure that allows our client to scale. By successfully consolidating these global workforces, you will directly contribute to the company's goal of achieving "transparency, accountability, and fairness" across its entire global footprint.
