Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. System Configuration & Workflow Engineering
Case Management: Build and configure HR Ticketing and Service Delivery modules, including request forms, assignment rules, and status tracking.
Digital Process Manager (DPM): Design end-to-end automated workflows for HR business processes, incorporating complex approval matrices and routing rules.
Knowledge Management: Architect the HR Knowledge Database library, including user dashboards, categories, and a searchable document library (Articles, Templates, and Forms).
Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Explore and implement RPA capabilities within People Assist to further reduce administrative burden.
2. Integration & Migration
System Sync: Ensure seamless data synchronization and interface connectivity between People Assist and the broader UKG Pro ecosystem.
Legacy Migration: Lead the mapping and migration of ticketing data and workflows from legacy systems (SysAID and Infocapture) into People Assist.
Access & Security: Define and establish user access roles (Employee, HR/Manager, Admin) and implement governance for ongoing system maintenance.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Dashboards: Build and enhance "Statics" and Reporting Dashboards to provide real-time metrics on HR turnaround times, case volume, and resolution accuracy.
Data Validation: Execute comprehensive testing and validation protocols to ensure system integrity and compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
4. Documentation & Change Management
Develop technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), future-state process maps, and configuration validation reports.
Create technical "How-To" guides and training materials for various user groups to support the Phase 1 (Internal) and Phase 2 (Employee) rollouts.
Qualifications
UKG Expert Experience: 4+ years of hands-on technical configuration experience specifically within UKG People Assist (HRSD/PeopleDoc).
Implementation Background: Proven track record of leading at least one full-lifecycle implementation of People Assist, preferably in a merger, acquisition, or consolidation environment.
Workflow Logic: Advanced proficiency in building Digital Process Manager workflows, including conditional logic, tasks/actions, and system notifications.
Data Tools: Strong experience with data mapping, system interfaces, and validating system syncs.
Reporting: Proficiency in configuring UKG "Statics" and creating advanced analytics dashboards.
Professional Competencies
Strategic Alignment: Ability to align technical configurations with company policies, compliance requirements, and defined SOPs.
Project Delivery: Experience working within a structured project framework, contributing to RACI matrices, and meeting high-level milestones.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with HRIS and HRSC teams to deliver tangible outcomes by the estimated deadline
