Define and lead the technology architecture strategy aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
Mandatory Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience with solution design, systems integration, API builds/patterns, production support, DevOps, development, performance tuning and production incident triage/troubleshooting
• Minimum of 10 years of implementation experience with cloud-based platforms and solutions (e.g. IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS) and the integration of cross-platform systems with cloud and on-prem solutions (including hybrid cloud)
• Minimum of 10 years on evaluating risk mitigation strategies, designing and architecting cloud-based/cloud-integrated solutions for high-sensitivity data assets
• Minimum of 7 years designing, developing, and implementing value-add components such as DevOps automation, scripts, workflows, data/code/infrastructure CI/CD pipelines with integration to version control
• Stakeholder management experience to concurrently manage relationships with Corporate Security / Architecture, Privacy Office, Program Management Office, Steering Committees and leadership roles in a complex environment including multiple lines of business as well as IT domains
• Experience in requirements gathering, elaboration, and design documentation including facilitation of agile sessions while managing partnership with multiple vendors and system integration partners both internal and external to the organization
• Experience with scalable domain-based design, including architecture design and foundation for areas including (but not limited to) : order management, payment management, orchestration across domains including order fulfilment, payments, stock/inventory management
• Leadership during solution discovery phases via employment of iterative design tactics that focuses and provides clarity for architecture and build teams, whilst ensuring that all system functional as well as non-functional requirements have been accounted for
