Responsibilities
• Sustain and manage existing cloud and on-premises hosting service products to ensure continuity, quality, and alignment with branch priorities.
• Mature and operationalize product management practices, artefacts, and governance across DCO.
• Support planning, execution, and reporting for Operational Planning initiatives spanning cloud services, data platforms, and hosting services.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps and service evolution plans.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and provide clear, decision-ready updates for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Demonstrated experience delivering product management services for complex cloud services and on-premises hosting platforms within large, enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Experience must include sustaining live services, developing and executing product roadmaps, and supporting governance and investment decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience working across modern cloud platforms, data and analytics services, or comparable enterprise technologies. The proponent must show how this expertise was applied to product planning, roadmap development, and alignment with enterprise service strategies.
