Qualifications
5+ years of experience in user experience and visual design.
Proficiency in developing and working with design systems and reusable UI components.
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and gestalt principles.
Ability to visualize and communicate design solutions through sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Comfort presenting design decisions and rationales to stakeholders across functions.
Experience in interaction design, including flow diagrams, wireframing, usability testing, and rapid prototyping.
Motion design or animation experience is a plus.
Background in CAD tools or familiarity with the needs of technical users in AEC or manufacturing industries.
Interest in AI-driven interfaces and comfort working within ambiguity and experimentation.
