Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys) and transform insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Create user flows, journey maps, and sitemaps to guide development
• Design overall functionality and iterate based on usability testing
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality
• Maintain design consistency aligned with product goals and branding
• Identify UX/UI issues and provide elegant, user-centric solutions
• Produce documentation to clearly communicate design decisions and functionality
• Deliver responsive designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Qualifications
Must Have
•Experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Interactive Designer for web and mobile
•Proficiency in Figma, Canvas, or similar design and prototyping tools
•Proven ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
•Experience producing user journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes
•Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
•Experience delivering cross-platform, responsive and accessible designs
•Ability to turn complex problems into elegant, usable solutions
•Track record of managing tight timelines and competing priorities in a team environment
Nice to Have
đź§Ş Familiarity with network protocols or security design considerations
đź§© Experience in public sector or government environments
📣 Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders
🤝 Effective at collaborating in Agile or cross-functional teams
