Responsibilities
Lead the creation of design deliverables, including sketches, wireframes, detailed specifications, scenarios, and prototypes.
Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all designs are driven by a deep understanding of user needs.
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the final product aligns with the intended design vision.
Present and articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders across various departments.
Participate in design reviews, workshops, and customer research activities like usability testing.
Contribute to ideation, concept development, and experience innovation for digital platforms.
Qualifications
A degree in design or a design-related discipline (e.g., industrial design, user-centered design, human-computer interaction).
Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years focused specifically as a UX Designer.
Expert proficiency with design tools such as Figma (minimum 3 years of recent experience).
Extensive experience creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies and platform constraints.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex user flows and translate conceptual ideas into compelling customer experiences.
High level of attention to detail, strong organizational, and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills include prior experience in the financial, investing, and/or insurance industries and experience with advanced interaction/animation skills, such as page transitions.
